I've always been a very active/athletic person, but after having my 2nd child, I didn't do much of anything. I had that "need" to be physically active, but I couldn't find the time or energy to do it. I started the boot camp class and I feel so much better about myself. Just after 2 weeks, I could already feel a huge difference in my conditioning. I lost weight, but more importantly I'm in better shape and have gained muscle mass. I would definately recommend Boot Camp to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves and get their bodies in better physical condition!
Boot Camp is fun. JC gives you a variety of exercises, so it's not the same old boring thing every day you work out. All the exercises, even though odd sometimes, really work out every part of your body. This "different" type of workout makes it fun to get into shape and stay in shape!  I have been a participant in boot camp and personal training since June of 2005. There are two great things about working with Chad. The quality of workout and that he genuinely cares about each persons goals and well-being.
As for quality of workout he uses his expertise to tailor workouts to your needs. I found this out first hand when I became pregnant and he was able to change from high impact / high intensity workout to a more moderate workout to help both me and my baby. I really believe his workouts I did pre-pregnancy helped me during the pregnancy with everything from morning sickness to weight gain. Especially the recovery after my c-section. I was able to be up and moving around almost immediately and have had no complications or issues sine I came home.
His commitment to me as a client has been exceptional.

As a former high school and collegiate athlete turned very serious fitness professional, I assure you, if you want a challenging workout, I will give it to you.
• NEED THAT SOUND ACCOUNTABILITY, SUPPORT, & MOTIVATION? There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. In fact, the vast majority of people fall into this category when it comes to fitness and weight loss. Friends and family are well-intentioned, but it’s too easy to make excuses to them, and they’re simply not “trained” to provide the right kind of accountability, support and motivation, and certainly not the right kind of expert guidance. I am.
• ARE YOU "AFRAID" OF MIRRORS OR "FEEL" HOW YOUR CLOTHS FIT or LOOK ON YOU? You’re not alone. Many people come to me like this, quickly realize other people in the group are just like them, and instantly relax, feeling the camaraderie and lack of judgment. This is one of the reasons my BootCamp is neighborhood friendly – so you can feel more comfortable and get moving – gaining more confidence with each passing workout. Within a week or two, you will look back and giggle at yourself for feeling self-conscious. Because your body and attitude will change dramatically. Nothing can bring a person out of their “shell” and allow them to fully enjoy life more than this.
• HAVE AN "ON THE GO", BUSY LIFESTYLE? Time is at a premium for you and you need to fit in an energizing workout fast and early, before the “heat” gets turned up on your day. Nothing will prepare you to enter the workplace arena and compete at the highest level possible better than an intense, heart-pounding workout first thing in the morning.

I started Bootcamp 6 weeks post partum and within 4 months, I had lost all my baby weight and more. I have tried a variety of workouts (cycling, weightlifting, aerobics classes) and nothing got me the results like Bootcamp did. The workout was fun and motivating, rather than something I dreaded doing. At one point, I lost so much weight and was so fit that I could no longer rely on the scale for measuring results, but rather, had to move to body fat analyses as a motivator. I am pregnant again and felt so fit and healthy entering this pregnancy. While I am anxious about all the weight that I'll put on during the pregnancy, I am relieved to know that I have a program to turn to in order for me to get back in the shape of my life.
