I am always looking for a new, exciting challenging workout.  The first Method
Evolution bootcamp class that I took, I knew I had found all of these things.  Most
importantly, JC provides a wide variety of exercises, so you are always challenged
and never bored.  I have become a regular participant in JC's bootcamps and have
recently benefited from his personal training.  I have tried a variety of workouts in
the past (weight lifting, running, etc...), but none of these activities resulted in the
